The Amada HG 1030 brake, equipped with an ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) system, simplifies the bending setup process. Once the program with the tool set up is entered in the AMNC 3i control, all the setup is automatically done, so all the operator has to do is bend the part. The bending sequence is automatically displayed on the control and positioned on the machine for the proper bend sequence. This makes the setup and operation fast and simple.
